Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was 17 when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. In the year 17 she was awarded her Pro Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was required to take six years away from the stage following the award of her Pro card in order to finish college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting higher goals each year. In 2009 she won several fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel spent her first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished in 3rd place in the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th in her Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. First, she warms up before moving on to her working sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as possible. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. She would do this type of workout twice per week. One day would be light weight day and the other days heavy weight.
